Appointment Terms and Conditions

Deposits

  • For telehealth appointment prepayment is requiured in full upon booking
  • A minimum 50% deposit is required upon all facen to face booking
  • Minimum 24 hours notice to reschedule appointment times.
  • Cancellation, Rescheduling & Non-attendance POLICY is discussed below - Your initial consultation payment in full or deposit of 50% is NON-refundable/transferable If you cancel within less than 24 hours or 1 full day of the scheduled date or fail to show up within 15 mins of the scheduled time.
  • This also applies to any online booking consultation. 
  • For example: booking a review consult still requires a prepayment or 50% deposit that is also non-refundable/transferable at any stage. 
  • All rescheduling needs to be completed via phone or the online booking system or as a second resort communicated VIA email ONLY.

Cancellation, Refund, or Non-Attendance Policy for Deposits

Thank you for choosing Natural Order Wellness, We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, event, or service. This policy outlines our guidelines regarding cancellations, refunds, and non-attendance related to deposits made for bookings.

  1. Deposits: To secure your booking, we require prepayment for telehealth or a 50% deposit, which is a partial payment of the total cost. The deposit amount and payment method will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
  2. Cancellation and Refunds: a. Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your reservation or booking, please notify us as soon as possible. The following conditions apply regarding refunds:

  • If you cancel 48 days or more before the scheduled date, we will refund your deposit in full.
  • If you cancel between 24 and 48 days before the scheduled date, a portion of the deposit is transferable to another date and time, depending on the nature of the service or event. The specific non-refundable amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
  • If you cancel within less than 24 hours or 1 full day of the scheduled date or fail to show up within 15 min of the agreed time, the deposit is non-refundable.

b. Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your reservation or booking, we will refund your deposit in full. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any cancellations as soon as possible. and to reschedule your appointment for a more suitable time.

  1. Non-Attendance: If you fail to attend the scheduled appointment, event, or service without prior notice or valid reason, the deposit will be forfeited, and you will not be entitled to a refund or rescheduling of the fee.
  2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, event, or service, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may be accommodated at our discretion. The deposit will be applied to the rescheduled booking, provided that the cancellation is within the permissible time frame as mentioned in section 2(a).
  3. Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 5 business days after the cancellation request is approved. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution.
  4. Policy Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation, refund, or non-attendance policy for deposits at our discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website or communicating it to you directly.
